Programs
MBA Majest provides opportunities for individuals to develop their skills at their own pace. Masters and Instructors assist students to attain their personal goals. Through TaeKwonDo, advancement is based not only on students' practice and commitment, but through the understanding of being responsible and accountable for the actions.
Adult & Teen / Self-defense
MBA Majest Martial Arts provides additional training in self-defense. Teenage and adult students meet to practice skills in self-defense to protect them and their loved ones. From basic hand skills to the advanced gun control maneuvers, our students develop the confidence and skills to defend and counter attack assailants.
The class begins with running, kicking, and punching drills to prepare students for the actual application of avoidance and attack. With practice, students are able to gain the natural instincts of defensive and offensive manipulations of a surprise assault.
Afterschool TKD
Learning continues after the school bell rings. Our After School Program includes a TaeKwonDo class, group activities, homework assistance, and creative play. Students build friendships and gain life skills in a safe environment.

Homeschool TKD
Our homeschool program was developed to provide students who are educated at home as a physical activity alternative to their homeschool curriculum. Students in our homeschool program receive the benefits of TaeKwonDo to complement their class curriculum and schedule. They obtain the same credits necessary to complete their personal academic experience. Our program fulfills requirements of the VA standards of Physical Education. www.educationworld.com/standards/
We are members of The World Taekwondo Federation (WT) and Kukkiwon. Our curriculum is based on the Olympic standards of the sport. Students who wish to further pursue the Olympic sport will learn the most current curriculum provided by the TaeKwonDo governing organization.
Little Cubs (ages 3-5)
Students 3 to 5 years old learn to exercise with fun! Our Little Cubs learn the same curriculum as the older students. Students exercise, run, jump, and encourage to physically push themselves. With repetition and emphasis on coordination, balance, and agility, the cubs begin learning the foundation of respect. As they begin to gain the confidence in class, they have already learned the structure of class before transitioning to our main classes.
The Self-Discipline that develops as a result of learning and practicing the techniques usually carries over into other areas of the child’s life. As our Little Cubs get older, school grades often improve as your child learns to focus on objectives and to work toward achievement.
